FacilityLink
FacilityLink is a web-based application that resides on the server in the pharmacy and provides our
facility customers with a more efficient means of communicating with the pharmacy.
Using FacilityLink our customers will be able to:
Admit/discharge patients
Request changes to patient profiles
Request new drug orders and reorders
Discontinue drug orders
Print medical records
Send/Receive free-form electronic messages

Retail Services:
Monday - Friday 10:00am - 3:00pm
Prescriptions can be filled for 30, 60 or 90 days and we dispense medication in vials, bubble packs or medi-sets.
We accept all insurance plans including the new Medicare Part D plans!

Dermatological preparations for skin disorders including psoriasis or shingles
Compounded bio-Identical hormone replacement therapy preparations, along with patient counseling
